Happiness

I'd like to take the time to day to ask whoever is reading this blog, what makes you happy?

Maybe it's going for that dreaded half an hour run in the afternoon, or maybe it's finally doing the housework that's being plaguing your mind all day.

But whatever it is make sure you do it, and don't do what someone else wants you to do, just because it makes them happy. Because let me tell you, I was doing what school had always wanted me to do, for a long time; be good at maths and science. The whole time I was miserable and hated myself because, I was becoming what someone else wanted me to be and what made them happy, and stopped doing what I wanted to do. So I urge all of you DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY!!!

Be Happy

White teeth, pink lips, and the crinkles by your eyes,

Face glowing, and the feeling of being warm and fuzzy,

If you feel like this, make sure to never lose it,

Because there once was as girl just like you, but one day she lost it all,

She let others get the best of her, and she eventually gave in,

So smile, laugh and appreciate those around you, because you don't know what tomorrow will bring. 

If you are reading this post I love you and you are special, know that you deserve to be here today, and someone wants to see that pretty smile on your face.

Money

Money in their pockets, but frowns on their faces,

Screaming at the young girl, that’s waiting their tables,

Eating their food quickly, screaming in their phones,

The world is filled with people like them,

 I wonder what it takes to put a smile on their face,

Because if that is what money does to people,

Then I would rather be the person, with empty pockets but a smile on their face.

  

I hate that I think about you, when I probably never even cross your mind.
I hate the tears I cry for you, because you don't deserve them.
